Exercises In getting Lost and Flanerie

Covent Garden
 
 on the way walked from oxford street to covent garden
 

I and my friend were started at Oxford street and decided to go to Covent Garden base on the exercises structure. After we circled the area called 'Covent Garden' we began to walk to Covent garden. This journey was really experience. I walked on the street without map or any direction. We just walked around and cross those streets. We discovered lots interesting shops and felt like walking in the movie. Then we lost in the Piccadilly circle. But during this experience, I found out walking in London is a great way to get to know about this city. London surprise us step by step with vintage shops or interesting shops with old-fashion style. We finally figure out we were lost in Piccadilly then we asked other people for help us how to walk to Covent Garden. During all the hours walk journal, I could felt strongly the relaxing British lifestyle when I walking in the Covent Garden and enjoy in the night life. Throughout this exercise. I fell in love with walking in the city without aim and without map. And it is a best way to knew about a city and it's culture.

 

Exercise 2 Cambridge
There is a chance for me to enjoy in a ball hold by one college of university of Cambridge. What I experience at Cambridge is that I walk from my friend's home to Queen's college and have a trip to visit Cambridge on boat. These are two totally different experience to explore an area. On the boat, I could felt another angle of this city. But I could felt and watch the culture and custom during walking. In Cambridge, every building has their own characteristics and they are old enough to make people feeling living in the past. I love this way to know about a city . It make me more familiar with this city and have my own view of this city.
